We want you to love your display. If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@storyofmiles.com.

As each piece is personalised and made to order, we can only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or faulty, or where we have made an error. Non-personalised items may be returned within 30 days in original condition.

Damaged in transit? Send a photo within 48 hours and we'll put it right.
